transformation facilitation
Being in community whether at home or at work can be one of the most fulfilling experiences while simultaneously being one of the most challenging experiences. Our facilitation style is underpinned by the belief that the challenges we face in our relationships are indeed our opportunities for growth and healing, whether in personal or workplace relationships.
Conflict is the unexpected gift for healing.

We use both an individual lens and a collective lens in our group work. The individual lens of experience encourages members to explore their own motives, fears and behaviours as well as each others. When group members begin to understand their own programming and each others, this allows the team to start functioning in a healthier more empathetic way, key to any kind of conflict management. To help us understand our programming we sometimes make use of the Enneagram.
Applying a collective lens to experience helps us move beyond the individual, moving to a more non dualistic place that connects with the wisdom of the third entity - The entity that exists as a result of the "whole being greater than the sum of the parts of the group. Drawing on Organisational Relationship Systems Coaching we work with the voice of this entity.

Psychological safety is critical for any facilitation work and we establish this through the use of games for relationality and authenticity.

When people come together to work there are two processes happening - the team process and the task process. The team process is about how the team works together, the task process is what the team delivers. Our facilitation style underpins the importance of working with both processes in order to thrive as a team.
