what makes this program different?
What makes this program different is that it doesn’t try to create change in people from the outside in. Rather it’s based on the thinking that we can create change from the inside out. So no matter what is going on around us if we have certain skills like self awareness or self regulation we can renew our response to rapid change. We might not always be able to change our external environment but we can change our mindset.
The program consists of 5 modules, either in-person or online, or a hybrid model that co-creates a safe space for authentic connection.
