We like to think of self awareness and compassion as the two foundational wings of our offering. When we become self aware we become self-regenerating – In fact we cannot change without being aware of ourselves. When we become compassionate, we move from “me” to “we” and we’re able to turn towards each other and reconnect towards unity.
